Our sublet Policy

Broadpark Lodge is a 90% Owner occupied co-op.  we strive to maintain this high percentage of owner occupancy for the benefit of our shareowners.  in cases of owner hardship, however, the board will consider permitting an owner to sublet a unit, subject to the provisions of our sublet policy.
